Our initial approach would be to request a meeting with you, ideally on the site to discuss the development potential of your land. We would then produce a design scheme, planning appraisal and commercial land viability to provide the best valuation and offer for your land.
We are also looking for long term option sites, so as part of our appraisal we would advise if this is the most suitable and discuss the next steps for a long term option on your land with you with the up most honesty and integrity at all times. Throughout any land purchase we would pay for any required professional fees and other costs and if required for transparency would commission a third party valuation ensuring you best value at all times.
